Samson and the Chiroptog (vehicle assignment)

Samson was an infamous serial killer in the 19th century. He wore soldiers' uniform and a red tattered scarf, covering his mouth. His victims were all found with both eyes missing and multiple stab wounds, and some decapitated. He was finally caught at the end of the century and hanged. Samson went to Hell and Satan gouged his eyes out and sewed the lids shut, and made Samson his servant for all eternity. Samson goes around Earth riding on a Chiroptog unseen, causing mysterious deaths and destruction.
